Located in Scott Depot in Putnam County, Tri-County YMCA has over 5,600 members and focuses on putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Tri-County YMCA offers a variety of programs and classes, including youth and adult sports, childcare, senior fitness and aquatics. Old Colony supports Tri-County by sponsoring Boo-A-Rama and Healthy Kids Day each year, which are free events open to the community. We also participate in the annual golf outing, which raises money each year for the Financial Assistance Campaign to help those in need.

Because this walk through is to help determine that the property is the condition that you agreed to buy it in and that if any repairs that you specified during the contract negotiation have been addressed and no other issues have come up. Make sure the walk through is done and make time to do it right.
