Old Colony believes in giving back. Being involved in the community is second nature to our realtors and some of our key partners include Tri-County YMCA, American Red Cross, Putnam County Schools, CAMC and Friends of the Cheat.

Located in Scott Depot in Putnam County, Tri-County YMCA has over 5,600 members and focuses on putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.  Tri-County YMCA offers a variety of programs and classes, including youth and adult sports, childcare, senior fitness and aquatics. Old Colony supports Tri-County by sponsoring Boo-A-Rama and Healthy Kids Day each year, which are free events open to the community. We also participate in the annual golf outing, which raises money each year for the Financial Assistance Campaign to help those in need.

Old Colony participates with the American Red Cross who focuses on the idea of neighbors helping neighbors in time of need. By participating in blood drives throughout the year, we help maintain blood collection in the region.

We also partner with Putnam County Schools and each year, in conjunction with the Sales Associates in our Hurricane Office, Old Colony provides Math scholarships to local High School Seniors.  By investing in our children, we invest in the future growth of our communities.
