For over 20 years this event brings thousands of treasure seekers and bargain shoppers to Charleston's historic East End district in search of items such as furniture, clothing, and household items from the over 200 sellers and vendors. Located in Scott Depot in Putnam County, Tri-County YMCA has over 5,600 members and focuses on putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Tri-County YMCA offers a variety of programs and classes, including youth and adult sports, childcare, senior fitness and aquatics. Old Colony supports Tri-County by sponsoring Boo-A-Rama and Healthy Kids Day each year, which are free events open to the community. We also participate in the annual golf outing, which raises money each year for the Financial Assistance Campaign to help those in need.

Kanawha County is home to Charleston, the state capital of West Virginia. Founded in 1789, the county was named after the Kanawha River, which runs through the middle of the county and many cities in the county sit along its banks, including Charleston, South Charleston, Dunbar, Nitro and St. Albans, comprising the greater Kanawha Valley. The Kanawha River derived its name from Indian tribes who settled in the area. When first founded, Kanawha County was actually a part of Virginia, and became part of West Virginia on June 20, 1863. There is strong history of history of salt development, which stimulated early economic development. Going 23 years strong, this event brings out more than 3,500 bargain hunters one spring Saturday a year to the historic East End of Charleston who search for everything from furniture one of a kind household items among the 200 sellers for this event.
