Gelato? Italian Wedding Soup? Here? In Morgantown? Absolutely. Tutto Gelato is a little bit of heaven located at Suburban Plaza in Suncrest and is the result of a desire by two cousins to bring a little bit of Italy to The Mountain State. After a trip overseas, owners Sarah Straface & Jenna Straface Oates put their dreams into action and Tutto Gelato was born.

What exactly is gelato, you ask? It is an Italian version of ice cream and Tutto makes all of their fabulous flavors on site with flavors that rotate on a daily basis.  Gelato contains less butterfat than ice cream's typical 18 & 2...

Healthy Kids Day...A YMCA Initiative.

Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. In fact, research shows that kids are prone to gain more weight and fall behind in studies. On Friday, April 26, the Tri-County YMCA in Scott Depot will celebrate Healthy Kids Day, a national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids.

Over 1,900 Ys across the country are taking part in Healthy Kids Day, holding free community events that are open to all kids and families and filled with fun, active play and educational opportunities. Let's Get a Jump on Summer and help kids carry the spirit of staying intellectually and physically active.
