Gelato? Italian Wedding Soup? Here? In Morgantown? Absolutely. Tutto Gelato is a little bit of heaven located at Suburban Plaza in Suncrest and is the result of a desire by two cousins to bring a little bit of Italy to The Mountain State. After a trip overseas, owners Sarah Straface & Jenna Straface Oates put their dreams into action and Tutto Gelato was born.

What exactly is gelato, you ask? It is an Italian version of ice cream and Tutto makes all of their fabulous flavors on site with flavors that rotate on a daily basis.  Gelato contains less butterfat than ice cream's typical 18 & 26%. and is denser than ice cream.  Air is added to ice cream, doubling its quantity but lowering the quality.  Much less air is added to gelato which leads to a higher quality dessert with a richer, creamier taste. Gelato is also served 10-15 degrees warmer than ice cream. The best part of the gelato? You can create your own pints and quarts and take it home so you can experience a little bit of Italy in your home.

Gelato isn't the only delight on the menu. Tutto also features paninis, homemade soups, pizza cones, salads, and pastry items. And don't forget the star attraction – a full coffee/espresso bar featuring items such as Raspberry White Chocolate Mocha and Nutella Hot Chocolate.

Spend an afternoon with a smooth cup of coffee, cannoli or biscotti, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and flavors of Italy. Drink it in.
