  Hoot & Howl may sound like a wildlife gathering in the woods around Morgantown homes for sale, but it's actually an amazing collection of more than 80 local artisans selling their one-of-a-kind creations. Available items include chocolates and teas, handmade jewelry and clothing, natural skincare products and furniture. Although Hoot & Howl has been open for just over a year, it has already been voted 2018's "Best Place to Shop in Mountaineer County" by readers of WV Living Magazine. Hours are 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday.
