Downtown Morgantown Destinations - Old Colony, REALTORS®

Many exhibits are curated in conjunction with West Virginia University. You can even view their photo archive online.

  3. Stop for Lunch at the Blue Moose Cafe - 248 Walnut St., Morgantown
    A favorite with locals, the Blue Moose Café's delicious fare and friendly service have kept visitors and residents coming back for more than 20 years. Stop for a matcha latte or grab some lunch at this hot spot in the heart of downtown Morgantown's arts & cultural district. Their eclectic menu features everything from quesadillas to quiche to vegan chili.

  4. Take a Selfie with Don Knotts Statue, 371 High St., Morgantown
    Who knew that Don Knotts grew up in Morgantown and graduated from West Virginia University? Well, now you do. The Metropolitan Theatre pays homage to the legendary Andy Griffith Show actor in the form of a bronze statue right outside their front doors. Good ole' Barney Fife won't mind if you take a selfie or two!

  5. See a Show at the  Historic Metropolitan Theatre - 373 High St., Morgantown
    Built in 1924, this historic theatre's roots stretch all the way back to Vaudeville. Whether you love stand-up comedy, live music or theatre, the Metropolitan Theatre is the place to be for a cultured night out.
