Pinterest has been around since approximately 2009 when the domain name was registered.  Using Pinterest in the real estate market has been a recent trend when promoting real estate with up to date home listings.  By showing listings on Pinterest, it is more personal for buyers and sellers, particularly those who are Internet savvy.  Pinterest works by creating an account for you with a username and password.  Then, once you have an account you can start building your own boards and pinning. You can pin your own ideas or you can repin from other boards already created.
