A turn-of-the-century brick Victorian where the sellers' work brought the character back rather than covering it over. What was original is still here. What needed replacing has been replaced. The masonry: original brick reset with period-accurate mortar over a fully tuckpointed fieldstone foundation. Walls run three bricks thick, where two was standard for the era. Both porches rebuilt with original rooflines restored, pressure-treated framing and added concrete piers.
