Meet Gina Dailey

When selling or purchasing a home it is important to work with an agent who is familiar with the market area.  I have been a Realtor since 2007 and am a member of both the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors and the Huntington Board of Realtors.  I have access to all information associated with listings in each of these Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems and I can show any property that is listed in either system.  My Real Estate accreditations include:

ABR:  Accredited Buyer Representative

CREN:  Certified Residential Negotiator

GRI:  Graduate of Realtor Institute

As a Purchaser, you want to have access to information relating to properties that interest you.  As a member of both Boards, I have knowledge of homes listed in both systems and can readily obtain all information the sellers have made available such as, disclosures, maps, and other reports associated with the listings.

As a Seller, your property's exposure to the market is highly important.  If you are selling your home, you will benefit by having your listing placed in both MLS systems so that it will be marketed to approximately 900 Realtors and their buying clients.
