I've been called "The Blue Collar Realtor", you will rarely catch me in a suit and tie, but I'll be the first to climb under a house or onto a roof to check something for a client.  I am a multi million dollar top producer specializing in residential real estate in Cabell, Putnam, Wayne, and Lincoln counties.  I work a lot with investors, both in rental properties and "flips", as well as handling foreclosures, short sales, etc.  Helping people find their next home is always a treat, and I love working with first time buyers!
